What is recorded?
The local change log records important technical events: WordPress, plugin, and theme updates; plugin activations and deactivations; theme switches; adding or promoting an administrator; and changes to search-engine visibility, permalink structure, default role, and registration settings.
Data-minimized entries
WM Guard stores what happened and when. For example, when an administrator is added, the log does not store the username; it only records that an administrator account was added or promoted.
Retention
WM Guard keeps at most 60 entries and no more than 30 days of history. The log stays local in WordPress.
