| Status | Meaning |

unconfirmed | The entry was submitted, but the waiting-list email has not yet been confirmed. |
pending | The confirmed entry is waiting for an available place. |
offered | A place has been offered; the offer period is running. |
notified | Compatibility status for an entry that has been notified. |
registration_pending | The offer has been converted into a normal unconfirmed registration; the reservation remains active until confirmation. |
accepted | The waiting-list place has successfully been converted into a confirmed registration. |
declined | The recipient released the offered place. |
expired | The offer or reservation has expired. |
cancelled | The entry was cancelled. |
The waiting-list view shows name, email, entry time, appointment, status, the expiry time where applicable and, with tracking, the source.
