If the waiting list is enabled for a form, visitors can join a waiting list when an appointment is fully booked. The process consists of a separate confirmation of the waiting-list entry followed by a later time-limited place reservation.

1. The appointment is full and the waiting-list action is offered.
2. The visitor enters their first name, last name and email address.
3. The waiting-list entry starts as unconfirmed.
4. The visitor confirms the entry by email.
5. The confirmed entry waits in the queue.
6. When a place becomes available, the next person receives a time-limited offer.
7. They open the original form, complete any additional fields if required and start the normal email confirmation process.
8. After final confirmation, the waiting-list entry is marked as accepted.
