  1. Check whether the automatic waiting list is enabled in the affected form.
  2. Check whether the waiting entry is actually pending and whether its waiting-list confirmation has been completed.
  3. Check whether the appointment is active and whether a place is mathematically available.
  4. Check whether another active offer or a registration_pending reservation is still blocking capacity.
  5. Open Diagnostics and check the Cron tasks.
  6. With standard WordPress Cron installations, wait for a page view or start Cron on the server.
