The tracking tables are designed for campaign attribution. They store UTM/campaign fields, the detected platform, referrer host and landing URL, as well as the association with a registration or waiting-list entry.

Your website’s privacy policy should reflect the campaign parameters and marketing channels you actually use. The tracking data is managed in your WordPress database together with the corresponding Form4Events record.
