SMTP Is Not Working

  1. Open Settings → SMTP and first run Test connection.
  2. Check the host and port; port 587 is only a default and must match your provider.
  3. Check the selected encryption and whether authentication is required.
  4. Enter the username and password again.
  5. Check whether a site-wide mail plugin is detected and whether a separate SMTP server is actually intended.
  6. Then send a test email and check the Form4Events sending log.
