An active form displays the available active appointments for selection. The date and time are shown separately and in an easy-to-read format. By default, the number of places still available is also displayed.

• The visitor selects exactly one appointment.
• Inactive appointments cannot be booked.
• When capacity has been reached, PRO can display the waiting-list feature.
• First name, last name and email address are required.
• Optional standard and PRO fields are displayed in the saved order.
• The privacy notice is displayed near the form if one has been configured.
• The submit button first starts the email confirmation process; participation is not yet finally confirmed at this point.
