The participant view for a form lists the stored registrations in a table. It shows the name, email address, time received, appointment, phone number, company, message, source/UTM, status and a delete action.

With PRO, Additional details is also shown when custom fields are available. Tracking replaces or extends the simple UTM column with a more detailed source display.
