When a place becomes available, waiting-list processing can start automatically, for example after a cancellation, a deleted registration, an increase in capacity or the expiry of a previous offer.

The process takes confirmed waiting entries in order of creation time and ID. Offer emails are sent for available places and the entries are set to offered.

The offer has a duration of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes for each form. Active offers reserve the corresponding capacity against standard front-end registrations.
