Each form can have multiple appointments. An appointment contains the date, start time, end time, maximum number of places, active status and a sort order.

In the backend

• Add new appointments.
• Edit the date, times and capacity.
• Set an appointment to active or inactive.
• Compare occupied and maximum places in the overview.
• Display appointments in sorted order.

For appointments with existing bookings, the editing logic protects key appointment details from changes so that already confirmed registrations are not moved to another time unnoticed. Capacity and active status can still be adjusted where relevant.
