- Open WM Form4Events → Pro license.
- Check the licence key and displayed domain.
- Click Check license now.
- Check whether the licence has expired, been blocked or refunded.
- Check whether the production or development activation limit has been reached.
- For staging/development, check whether the website was activated with the correct environment type.
- Make sure that the website can establish outgoing HTTPS connections to the licence server.
