Forms can be enabled and disabled in the form overview. If a form is inactive or cannot be offered normally, an appropriate notice is displayed instead of the booking process. You can customise the form-specific text using Notice for closed form.

Individual appointments also have an active status. An inactive appointment is not treated as a normally bookable appointment.
