Overview
The forms overview displays all event forms that have been created. Each form shows its name, active status, shortcode, creation date and quick actions.
- Edit the form name directly.
- Set the form to active or inactive.
- Copy the shortcode.
- Open registrations with the current count.
- Open appointments with the current count.
- Open the form settings.
- With PRO, open the waiting list.
- Open the front-end preview.
- Delete the form.
Be careful when deleting: Deleting a form removes the form record and its associated core data. PRO also attaches its waiting-list and tracking data to this deletion process. Therefore, only use this function if the form and its data are no longer required.
