Each row in the participant list has a delete action with a confirmation prompt. The action requires administrator privileges and a valid WordPress nonce.
After deletion, an extension hook is triggered. This allows PRO to remove associated tracking data and – if deleting the registration frees up a place – start waiting-list processing.
Important: Deleting is not the same as cancelling. If a participant only cancels and the process should remain traceable, use the regular cancellation workflow instead.
