- Check that Lite and PRO are active and that the PRO licence is valid.
- Open the form tab and review the field definitions.
- Every custom field requires a label.
- Radio buttons, select fields and checkbox groups require at least two options.
- Save the form again after making changes.
- If the page is cached, clear the frontend cache.
