Basic formula: maximum places − confirmed registrations − reserved PRO waiting-list places.

• Unconfirmed standard registrations do not count as permanently confirmed bookings.
• At least one place must still be available when the form is submitted.
• Capacity is checked again during email confirmation.
• With PRO, active waiting-list offers or reservations can temporarily block places for normal frontend registrations.
