Delivery and Payment

Digital delivery

We sell digital products and services only. These include, in particular, WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, software products, licence and service packages, licence keys, downloads and supplementary digital services. No physical goods are delivered. As our products are provided exclusively in digital form, there is no delivery by post or parcel service and no shipping costs are charged. Paid digital products are made available after successful payment processing. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the purchased digital content or plugin and the associated licence key are generally made available automatically and immediately. Delivery is provided in particular

• via the personal customer account;
• via a download made available there;
• by assigning the licence key to the customer account and the order; and
• by means of a corresponding email containing the order, download and licence information.

For consumer contracts concerning digital content, digital content is generally deemed to have been supplied as soon as the digital content itself, or the appropriate means of accessing or downloading it, has been made available or accessible. Delivery generally takes place immediately after successful payment. Depending on the payment method, payment service provider or technical processing, short delays may occur in individual cases. If delivery does not take place as expected after successful payment, please contact our support team.

Download, licence key and customer account

After successful payment, you can download the purchased plugin or digital product via your customer account. The associated licence key is automatically assigned to your order or customer account and can be viewed there where this is provided for the respective product. You will also receive the information relating to your order by email. Depending on the respective product and licence package, the following information and functions in particular may be made available via the customer account:

• digital downloads;
• licence keys and licence information;
• activation information;
• orders;
• invoices;
• product and update information;
• other customer functions associated with the respective product.

Please keep your login details and licence information secure and protect them against access by unauthorised third parties.

Payment methods

The payment methods currently available to you are displayed during the checkout process. Different payment methods may be offered depending on the country, currency, product, order value and technical availability. Payment processing may be carried out via external payment service providers such as Mollie or PayPal, where the relevant payment method is offered at checkout and selected by you. When using an external payment service provider, the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment service provider also apply. Full credit card numbers, login details for payment services or comparable confidential payment information are generally processed directly by the respective payment service provider and are not stored by us as complete payment data. The payment methods actually available for a specific order are those displayed at checkout.

Payment and delivery

Paid products are generally not made available until payment has been successfully confirmed by the respective payment service provider. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the order is processed automatically. The licence key and digital download are then generally activated immediately and made available through the customer account and the email communications provided for the order. As long as payment has not yet been successfully confirmed, there is generally no entitlement to activation of the paid download or the associated licence key, unless otherwise provided by law or contract.

Prices and VAT

Our offering is aimed both at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB and at traders within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, as well as legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. For consumers, the total prices relevant to the order are stated including the applicable statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components. The total price applicable to your order is displayed at checkout before you submit the binding order. The specific VAT treatment is governed by the applicable statutory provisions and may depend in particular on the customer’s status, registered office or place of residence, the country in which the service is supplied and, where applicable, the business and VAT details provided.

Orders from Germany

For orders taxable in Germany, the applicable statutory German VAT is charged and shown, unless a statutory exemption applies.

Consumers within the European Union

For orders placed by consumers who are resident or habitually resident in another Member State of the European Union, the applicable VAT may be determined in accordance with the statutory provisions governing cross-border electronic services. The total price applicable to the specific order, including the applicable VAT, is displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Businesses within the European Union

For businesses established in another Member State of the European Union, cross-border supplies may, where the statutory requirements are met, be invoiced without German VAT or under the reverse-charge mechanism. For this purpose, business details and a valid VAT identification number may be required. The mere provision or absence of a VAT identification number does not by itself determine whether a customer is a consumer or a business.

Customer tax information

The customer is obliged to provide the information required for the order, in particular the billing address, country and, where applicable, business details and VAT identification number, completely and correctly. If information relevant for tax purposes is subsequently found to be incorrect or incomplete, a correction of the invoice or an additional assessment or adjustment of VAT may be required within the scope permitted by law.

Invoice

After a successful order, an invoice is created on the basis of the billing information provided during the ordering process. The invoice is generally provided electronically. In particular, it may be

• sent by email;
• made available in the customer account; or
• offered for download there.

Where technically provided for or required by law, invoices may also be made available in a structured electronic invoice format. Our invoices may, for example, be provided in ZUGFeRD format. This is an electronic invoicing format in which structured invoice data can be embedded in a PDF file. Please check your billing and business information carefully before completing your order. Subsequent changes can only be made where legally and technically permissible.

No shipping costs

As only digital products and services are provided, no shipping costs are charged. No physical goods are delivered.

Problems with delivery

If the licence key or download is not made available automatically after successful payment, please first check your customer account and the email address provided with the order. In the event of technical problems or failed delivery, you can contact our support team. We will review the order and provide the contractually owed digital content or access options in accordance with the statutory and contractual requirements.
